What soundcard to you have (make, model, chip)?
Trust SC-5250, SPDIF (Toslink)

OS: Vista 64 Buisness
Mainboard: Gigabyte GS35

no. 1:

When I try to install the Driver (both WaveRT an normal) with the Setup.exe
I first get this Window:
http://www.pic-upload.de/07.01.09/k55y6k.jpg

When I click okay I get this one:
http://www.pic-upload.de/07.01.09/op4gg.jpg

When trying to use thedriver controlpanel afterwards I got:
http://www.pic-upload.de/07.01.09/9dbrl8.jpg

It was possible to install the Driver in the Control Panel (German:
"Hardware Manager").

no. 2:

While browsing the settings and trying to play test sounds this one occured:
http://www.pic-upload.de/07.01.09/iu1eto.jpg

Test sounds do not work (no sound), Winamp (SPDIF-out selected) works fine.

no. 3:

If I don't use "F8->disable drivercheck" while booting I get the known Code
39 and the Sounddevice is deactivated - can I kick this drivercheck once
and for all?

1st bug: classic behaviour when the installer app doesn't have administrator
rights.
please re-check in the task manager if it is _really_ running under the
administrator account.

2nd bug: confirmed.

3rd bug: please read the faq.

Hi,

Thanks for the update - the new admin-detection works fine.

@3rd Bug:

I've tried the command prompt (run as admin, the code from the faq) - I only
get "Der
Vorgang wurde erfolgreich beendet" an nothing changes, also a reboot does not
help.
I've also tried the tool linked for Download - enabling the testmode works (it's
displayed at the desktop), but the driver does not work. I manually signed all
unsigned driver-data displayed in the "Gerätemanager" - nothing changes, there
is
still that code39 error.

that's why Vista x64 remains unsupported.
