no digital recording with MD-MATE card

What soundcard to you have (make, model, chip)?
MD-mate

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I put digital signal in the spdif-input of the card (optical).
2. I can hear the sound of the spdif-in with the PCM DAC option ON.
3. But if I want to record the sound with a sound program (sound forge for 
example) the digital signal of the spdif-in don´t work, no signal in the 
audio program.

What version of the driver are you using? On what operating system? What 
version of the operationg system are you using (32 or 64 bit)?
I´m using driver 1.2.6 with Windows XP sp3 (32 bit)

What ports of the soundcard are affected by the bug (e.g. SPDIF, Mic-In)?
SPDIF port is the problem

have you tried playing around with the checkboxes in cmicontrol.exe?
