The driver i found on this site, on Windows Xp Pro 32 bit

What ports of the soundcard are affected by the bug (e.g. SPDIF, Mic-In)?

Hi,

I installed the new driver from the link and with Ac3 filter using S/PDIF i
get digital sound from movies via Media Player Classic. 2 quick questions :

1.in control panel there is a new icon (Cmedia control panel) which does
not open, do i need it? is there someting usefull there?

2.i launched a pc game (GH World tour) and in options/sound i selected
Dolby Digital, restarted the game but the amplifier doesnt show "Digital"
as it shows on mkv files. i get sound but i guess it is stereo. is that
normal on games? or should i install something else too?
