When using SPDIF other system sounds don't play #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play HD movie using SPDIF through KMPlayer (AC3 Filter)
2. Use any other programs / system sounds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to carry on using other programs with their sounds.

No other sound is rendered apart from the movie

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

When Kmplayer uses PCM output all sounds can be heard but once it starts 
outputting SPDIF only movie is heard. In Win 7 Ive disabled all other types of 
playback devices. Im guessing natively Win 7 plays using PCM? Once the movie 
plays Windows Mixer shows no sound coming from anywhere else.

AC3/dts has priority over every PCM stream. This is a design flaw that has been 
made during the time of Windows 98, and I can't fix it without breaking support 
for XP/2k.
