First of all, i'd like to say sorry for my bad englisch! Sry I'm german^^

What soundcard to you have (make, model, chip)?
Terratec Aureon 5.1 PCI on Win 7 x86

I installed the CMIDriver-1.2.6-bin-x86-WaveRT Driver (used setup.exe with
admin-rights) and it says successfully and i rebooted my pc.

But after rebooting I can't open the cm-control panel over the Windows Control
Panel(Systemsteuerung), it says in german "Falsche Parameter" (he parameter is
incorrect) It opened only very short and closed directly again.

Can't find any help on the web.

I just want to activate the SPDIF IN and this signal should be outputed over
the analog outputs of the soundcard.

Please help me :)

can you try to remove the driver and reinstall it? The basic procedure is
outlined here:

so... after a few times reinstalled the driver now it works, no ideo why but
the control panel is starting now correctly!

But to enable the SPDIF IN takes no effekt...

(Remember i wan't to activate the SPDIF IN and this signal should be outputed
over the analog outputs of the soundcard / Source is a Sat Receiver (dBox 2))

you need to stop/start the device in the device manager for the setting to be
activated - it's a design flaw of the driver model that I haven't bothered to
find a workaround for.
