Enhancement: add a ViewFullScreen() method to the javascript api #206

It's be very useful if you could add a way to open the full screen viewer via 
the existing javascript API, since just about all the other controls can be 
accessed/triggered in this manner already.

Flash prevents this. The only way to toggle true flash full screen is by 
clicking inside the movie.
