WIP Turns & Effects #96

note: currently its only showing the attack done by the last mon

I have some questions:

  1. where can I see a demonstration of the effects working and why is this only showing the attack by the last Mon?
  2. It should display the skill used by both mons, the damage and the effect applied (you can add it as a text near the HP bar for now)
  3. burn isn't considering the number os turns
