MRL interface draft and some more refactoring for v3

Description

• MRL interface
• Removed ConfigBuilder and instead just using ConfigService directly
• Added more methods to ConfigService
• Renamed AssetTransferConfig -> AssetRoute and ChainRoutesConfig -> ChainRoutes to improve readability and reduce usage of the word config.
• Improved Sdk() interface
