Repo has been synced to latest Marlin 2.0.x branch. This pull request also introduces some improvements to the repository by introducing Issue Templates + GitHub workflow actions to build the firmware binaries easily. The goal of this was to hopefully streamline the process of building Marlin into one action to run and use the binaries for the releases, as well as to automatically test any pull requests in the future to help with debugging any potential issues the changes have.
