As it becomes harder and harder to run VirtualBox and Vagrant on my Mac, I will give brew another shot. As this is no longer my main computer, I don't feel so scared of it. In this PR, I set up the Mac with exogenesis-mac from scratch. I also did a reinstallation of my ThinkStation, to run exogenesis from scratch again. Always a good time for a spring-cleaning:
[x] Remove flatpak - only use apt and snap.
[x] Ubuntu: git-delta does not install right now via cargo, need to investigate.
[x] Ubuntu: Replace Pika with the command line borg, it seems like this app caused crashes of my system :cry:
[x] Both: fd is called fd on the Mac, and fdfind on Linux. Need to unify that somehow.
