Abhaya Libre is too small #71

Abhaya Libre was originally scaled to match the Iskola Pota Sinhala font on windows and it is considerably small. Since we are releasing Abhaya Libre as a variable font and bumping the version to 2.000(which means breaking changes) can we fix this issue by scaling up the font by maybe 5%. Is this is acceptable for Google Fonts? @davelab6

Looking at https://github.com/googlefonts/gf-docs/tree/main/Spec I see this is not a good idea
