Add an HDR Brightness/Luminance slider in the moonlight client #1054

Some HDR TVs have the issue of being too dark in HDR mode, to the point that turning the TV brightness up all the way can't fix it. This can be circumvented on consoles by turning the HDR brightness during calibration up higher, but there's no way to do something similar for PC. Would be great if a slider could be added to increase HDR brightness in the moonlight client so PC wouldn't have this issue.

You can fix that using the Windows HDR Calibration App (only applies to games which actually use those values, which is like a handful), it'll generate a ICC Profile with the correct brightness values, but of course the issues there is that you will have to do this on your display and while streaming and save and rename the profile in-between and then switch the profile each time you switch between streaming and local play. And easier way is to do it via in-game controls as most games to use the values in Windows anyway (so moonlight could never do anything about that anyway).
