[Issue]: Controller right stick is not working on OnePlus 9 Pro

Describe the bug

I have moonlight android installed on a Xiaomi Mi Box and a OnePlus 9 Pro Mi Box works perfectly but right stick is not working on Oneplus. I tried an Xbox controller and a Steelseries stratus+. Both have the same problem on Oneplus and both work without any problems on Mi Box.

Steps to reproduce

Normal use. No specific steps.

It doesn't work at all. Tried a few games and Steam Big Picture controller test.

哥们，我是OPPO pad有这个问题，我是右摇杆，十字键，LT和RT都不响应，之前OPPO一直给我打官腔，我火了直接去工信部投诉他们，现在解决的很积极，我能确认这不是moonlight的问题，我最近通过抓取input异常日志的方式和OPPO联系，前几天我找到了问题的根源在哪，我长期使用一个免root的连点器，这软件需要打开pad的无障碍权限，这个权限一开，前面那四组键全部都无响应。只要关了立马恢复。这个板子之前是安卓11系统的时候没有这个问题，升级13之后就出现了，我手机也是OPPO的也没有这个问题，软件配置也一致，所以我确定是平板13系统带来的bug，免root助手开启无障碍和moonlight的蓝牙输入发生冲突，现在也反馈给OPPO了，让他们解决系统，助手和moonlight之间的冲突问题。你看看你有没有类似的问题，毕竟一加也是OPPO的，正好就这会儿OPPO又给我打电话了，你也再去反馈一下。

I have the same problem with a OnePlus 10 pro. Tested multiple controllers with moonlight on a galaxy tab 8, apple tv and OnePlus 10 pro. In every case the dpad and right analog stick do not pass any input to the host using moonlight on the OnePlus, but are fine on the other devices.

I've tried using an Xbox one, Xbox series, and Gamesir G8 Galileo controller.

是中国人就说中文吧，我告诉你问题是啥，把无障碍功能关了就行了，尤其是你如果用按键精灵这类软件的就有这问题。
