[Issue]: Gamepad Overlay not showing up #1224

Describe the bug

I started up Diablo 4 through Sunshine (Extracted from Playnite with extension), I started Diablo 4 via Playnite, and I started Diablo 4 via Steam. All three instances, I cannot get gamepad overlay to show up so there are no onscreen controls, on my phone. Any suggestions?

I started up COD Warzone 2 as well and no gamepad overlay showed up either.

Sunshine Version 0.20.0 Latest Moonlight Android Version

Phone: Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra

Steps to reproduce

Start up Diablo 4 on Android mobile Moonlight App via:

-Sunshine (Extracted from Playnite with extension), -Playnite -Steam

What settings have you selected for the on-screen controls in Moonlight?

I figured out how to get the on screen / phone gamepad overlay to show up, but it's only registering my mouse and none of the inputs on the gamepad overlay on certain games. Like the inputs work for Diablo 4 now, but it doesn't work for Call of Duty.

Some games have anti-cheat that blocks virtual inputs like the kind GeForce Experience and Sunshine send to the game.

The same thing happens on valorant, as @cgutman said, that is not possible unless anti cheat itself adds sunshine to white list
