Because some controller without vibrator claiming itself to be PS DS or Xbox controller(either wired or wireless), then moonlight now won't vibrate phone's internal vibrator(or will it?)

Add a "Force rumble emulation via vibration" option below now "Emulate rumble support with vibration".
