Describe the bug

I cannot get 'proper' 4k (3840x2160) with all display modes enabled on my Shield in system dev options. Moonlight's 4k res is actually 4096x2160 per my TV's info panel. There is a separate 4096x2160 option in Moonlight, which results in the same resolution.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Pre-reqs: 4k TV (LG C3 in my case), an Nvidia Shield, and a Windows PC with Sunshine.
  2. Enable all display modes dev option on Shield.
  3. Start Moonlight on Shield and set Resolution to 4k (not 4096x2160).
  4. Connect to Sunshine on your PC.
  5. Bring up an info panel on your TV (LG C3; green button 8 times). Observe that the incoming resolution is actually 4096x2160.

Issue is game independent.
