Playing audio at any pace for about 10 seconds produces a crackling noise/popping sound while using the Android tablet Samsung Galaxy S9 Ultra. WiFi 6, RSSI of 40~50, host is wired in. (DOES NOT OCCUR WITH WINDOWS CLIENT)

Can provide log info if it may be relevant, I don't think it will though as server side will not demonstrate that the audio is clipping. A great way to see this issue is by playing media on the host machine, it will periodically clip out. There is no better way to describe it, it is unmistakable and more obvious the louder the volume is.
