getting this error from my phone and nvidia shield on all games with GFE, reinstalled GFE even used DDU to reinstall drivers and GFE

I solved this issue by manual adding "Steam" into my GameStream Library in GeForce Experience. Original Steam icon was automatically replaced in my Andorid's MoonLight App "on fly" (without reopening the app or reboot a device). And after this Steam started normally.
