Description Current gamecontroller database does not have mappings for some xbox one s game controllers. Also, custom joysticks like https://www.digikey.com/catalog/en/partgroup/ipd-ultima/8713 Purpose Add missing joysticks mappingto for these controllers

gamecontrollerdb.txt is imported from https://github.com/gabomdq/SDL_GameControllerDB before every new release. Therefore new mappings needs to be submitted to that repository.
