Beta Testers

If you are interested in being a beta tester for Limelight-iOS, please reply to this issue with your email.

Once you are added, you will get an email from TestFlight. Follow the instructions in this email to add your iOS device. Once a new build of Limelight-iOS is released, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to install it on your device.

Please note that Limelight-iOS is still beta software, so you may encounter some issues. If you do encounter an issue, please report it by creating a new Github issue, and try to be as detailed as possible.

@Linnar8895 I'm afraid not. Limelight only supports iOS8, which means only iPhone 4S and newer can run it.

I have sent invites to all who have asked. Please set up your TestFlight accounts in order to be included in the next build. I will be releasing it soon.

Still getting failed to connect. Cannot find the requested game

@natebgamer Make sure you have Steam installed. Currently Limelight tries to launch steam by default. If you do have Steam installed, try reinstalling it. If that does not work then you will have to wait until the new ui build is ready. The new ui will allow you to choose what application to launch.

I have steam installed and running but not on my c: in the middle of backing up games and reinstalling on C so will see how that turns out. Android version runs fine with steam running from a different drive. Will comment here if I solve it for anyone else having problems

Moving steam to c: didn't help still get same results will wait for next build :)

I'm actually having the same issue with this build. I had Steam installed on another drive, and it wouldn't recognize it (giving me the "Cannot find the requested game" error), so I reinstalled it onto my C:\ drive and I'm receiving the same error as before.
