Can't quit OR close connection on macOS Ventura

• The Command+Option+Shift+Q shortcut triggers the OS to Log off, making it impossible to cut the connection without quitting.
• Cmd+Q should quit Moonlight, but does nothing. I need to "force quit" always.
• Bonus: Cmd+Comma (standard macOS shortcut) should bring up the settings menu, but does nothing.

Steps to reproduce Try any of the above mentioned shortcuts while running in windowed fullscreen (default).

Client PC details (please complete the following information)

• OS: MacOS Ventura 13.0.1
• Moonlight Version: 4.3.1
• GPU: M1 Max laptop

** IDEAL SOLUTION: A proper macOS fullscreen mode, i.e. hovering the top of the screen should bring the menu bar. All those shortcuts would be available from the menu bar, making the shortcuts unnecessary.

Sorry, just realized that the close connection shortcut is "Control+Option+Shift+Q" ("Control", not "Command"). That works...but is still way too similar to the MacOS "logout" shortcut. Allowing customization of shortcuts, or allowing the menu bar to show up in fullscreen with those options, would still be preferable.

Bottom line is that Command+Q should close connection and quit app, no matter what is on the screen.
