Proxyable Databases #2

Dear Matt,

kindly, now couchrest_model support Proxyable databases.

is it available to configure Proxyable databases for main entity model (Proxyable Base) and other models that is not Proxyable.

Hi, I haven't tested this out with 1.1.0.beta*. For now im only supporting ~> 1.0.0
