Stamps and markups are lost

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Bind pdfs with stamps and/or markups in PDFBinder
2.  Open bound pdf in PDF viewer, either PDF X-Change Viewer or Adobe Reader 
10.1
3.  Stamps and markups are not visible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.1 on Windows 7 64
