[UI Fix] Smart Contract approval persistence

Acceptance Criteria

Background: A user has signed and completed a transaction allowing them to use GTC with the Staking Smart Contract

WHEN the user goes to make a second staking THEN they do not have to approve interaction with the Smart Contract a second time.

• this should apply to both self and community staking
