Solmate Implementation #81

This update includes an updated contract that utilizes the solmate library for efficient safeTransfer(ETH/Token) methods.

This PR is a good idea because:

it is highly-efficient; initial numbers indicate this can reduce gas by about 1-6% for distributing
It is about ~30% cheaper to deploy
solmate is a great library and we should support the library by using it
