Whenever my friends and I are running the bot, the voice somehow sounds kind of cracked and laggy.

We use google-tts, but the same happens to other tts also.
Tried checking my PC network, up/down around 500Mbps so that shouldn't be an issue.
Tried reinstall the entire thing but still didnt seems to fix the issue.
