Moonstream early access

Frontend:

• /register end point will require an invite code query parameter

Backend:

• /users/register endpoint will only allow registration from an invite code
• No registration allowed without an invite code

Early access - we will send users who fill out early access forms invitation links to the frontend /register route with codes that we create.
