Goal

Allow users to manage Ethereals with our front-end

User flow

The user flow would be similar to what we currently have for Dropper.

User can save and show ethereal contract address.
User can manage contract once added.

To do

[ ] Design ethereals card into portal page
[ ] Design ethereals admin management UI
