Add leaderboards to frontend #206

Add leaderboards to the Fullcount frontend so that players can easily find and view the leaderboards.

@s-c-orr @Anton-Mushnin now the leaderboards link is added in the minimal way: in the menu dropdown and on the title screen as an icon button near the FAQ button – link to figma.

later we can add leaderboard positions to the roster section and to the PvP open at-bats cards
