Update the outcomes shown in a session and in the session list:

[x] Update to match changes to the game; make sure phrasing fits current scenarios
[x] Add variety
[x] Add outcome text for the pitching and hitting coaches
[ ] Update for full at bats.
[ ] Identify places in the player flow that should have narrative.
[ ] Polish AI narrator performance.
