disconnect error #561

Describe The Bug

when not connected to the computer, the phone will not reconnect to electrum server.

To Reproduce

disconnect phone and wait a while

Expected Behavior

turn green automatically.

this seems to be fixed by changes made to #552 will reopen if it happens again
