As a user I want to setup a multisig between myself and other people, so that my funds are more secure and require multiple wallets' signatures to send, reissue etc.

Two Uses:
Businesses/People with a requirement of > 1 person holding keys and making decisions.
Added security of multiple devices needing to be compromised.
This could be added as a part of User Level Flow where advanced users would have the option to create a new wallet with the ability to create a multisig.
