backup doesn't get saved #624

Describe The Bug

keeps asking us to backup even though we already did

To Reproduce

run app on main net

Expected Behavior

only backup once

This appears to only affect iOS and is in our current dev and rc branches.

Any fix will need to be tested on iOS device before merging into a new rc.

unable to recreate issue - deleted cached app on the phone, downloaded testflight, downloaded from testflight, ran, backedup, sent value to it, no message to backup, hit send, no message to backup, restart phone (to make sure the app was exited), opened app, logged in, no message to backup.

this issue is resolved, but it brought up the question of do "update" at least on testflight actually replace all the functional code? since we updated but still experienced the bug, yet after deleting it and reinstalling from testflight, it worked fine.
