@drsc-user Hi Aram, this dataset is done. It has two conditions, normal and starved, and I also generate a merged one.

@drsc-user Hi Aram, I reprocessed the normal-condition using the same barcode2cluster metadata with the starving and merged condition. They all have 17 clusters now.

data is stored at: /n/groups/flyrnai/Yue/scseq_data_formatting/processing_data/31746739_Drosophila_Brain/results with the prefix "Normal-reprocess-using17-clusters".

@drsc-user Hi Aram, The final decision for this dataset is to use the low resolution, so I merged the subclusters in the metadata (combine the 2 Undifferentiated neurons, 16 clusters in total). In this updated version, all three conditions are reprocessed, the files with prefix “Combine2UNcells-using16Clusters-” for 3 conditions (normal, starve and merged) are generated.
