For this is unpublished Drosophila malpighian tubule data from perrimon lab, I also add DEG (2020-07-31_DEG_Method1_MT_cluster_oneFile.csv) to the results folder:

we recently update the cluster annotation of unpublished Drosophila malpighian tubule data from perrimon lab, you can find a convenient way to update your database:

either re-upload the new version of data: /n/groups/flyrnai/yifang/Projects/With/Yue_Aram/scseq_data_formatting/processing_data/NA_Drosophila_MT/results

or change the cluster name directly in your database: "stem cell zone" -> "lower ureter region PC", "ureter region PC" -> "upper ureter region PC", "upper tubule PC" -> "main segment PC", "initial segment PC" -> "initial and transitional segment PC", "Sox21b cells" -> "unidentified", "cardia" -> "hindgut", "muscle1" -> "muscle", "muscle2" -> "trachea"
