PMID: 30479347 Species: Drosophila Tissue: eye_disc Paper title: Single cell RNA-sequencing identifies a metabolic aspect of apoptosis in Rbf mutant Paper link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30479347/ GEO link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE115476 Result location: /n/groups/flyrnai/Yue/scseq_data_formatting/processing_data/30479347_Drosophila_eye_disc/results/

Note: The metadata got from https://singlecell.broadinstitute.org/single_cell There are two datasets in this paper, WT (11 samples) and RBF mutant (3 samples), GEO provides raw counts for all samples. The paper analyses the WT alone and they also combined some selected cells of the WT and RBF to do analysis, so they have the 2 metadata tables, one for WT and another is for combined. According to metadata, WT (11,416 cells) and WT_RBF (5,589 wild type cells and 5,197 Rbf mutant cells) I generated 4 results, one for WT using WT metadata (with the prefix WT-), the other 3 (Combined, Combined-WT and Combined-Rbf) for the combined condition using combined metadata.

@drsc-user Hi Aram, newly added paper "30479347_Drosophila_eye_disc"

The paper analyses the WT alone and they also combined the WT and RBF to do analysis, so they have the 2 metadata tables, one for WT and another is for combined.

According to metadata, WT (11,416 cells) and WT_RBF (5,589 wild type cells and 5,197 Rbf mutant cells), I generated 4 results, one for WT using WT metadata (with the prefix "WT"), the other 3 (with the prefix "Combined", "Combined-WT" and "Combined-Rbf") for the combined condition using combined metadata.
