refer to issue #53 @liuyifang , please review it, thanks! Newly added 29980650_Human_Kidney, I generated 5 kinds of results:

  1. healthy kidney: 4259 nucleus with 6 clusters, results with prefix 'healthy'
  2. allograft kidney: 4487 cells with 16 clusters, results with prefix 'allograft' 3-5. combined epithelia (3 clusters): 4643 cells (healthy 3532 cells, allograft 1111 cells), results with prefix 'Combined-Epithelia-...'
