IRM naming convention #248

IRM changes frequently so we should define a naming convention for versions in addresses.json files For example:

JUMP_RATE_IRM_mxcUSDC_V1, JUMP_RATE_IRM_mxcUSDC_V2

or JUMP_RATE_IRM_mxcUSDC_MIP_MXX
