Namecheap SSL module breaking module activation/deactivation in WHMCS #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the Namecheap SSL module
2. Activate it
3. Try to activate / deactivate any other module

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Activation or deactivation of other modules should still be possible. It's 
however returning a blank page. When the Namecheap SSL module is deleted, 
activation or deactivation of modules is working fine again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Namecheap SSL module 1.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
