namecheapSSL module will not load in WHMCS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Product
2. Select namecheapssl from module dropdown
3. Page refreshes but doesn't load WHMCS resources

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Module Settings Pane. Instead, unstyled HTML from tabbed pane.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.4.1 on Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Screenshot attached. I followed exact installation instructions 
(modules/servers/namecheapssl/[related files]). This bug is only related to the 
namecheapssl module as the others are working correctly.
