What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load game in nintendon-t
2.Watch in-game cinematic
3.Play game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The gameplay and cinematic should be at a stable fps with audio sync. 
Very high fps without audio synchronization.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
r.167 on Wii
