My ps3 controller doesn't work with Nintendon't #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I connect my PS3 controller via usb cable
2.Launch nintendon't by homebrew channel
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When the app launches, the cursor continously scrolls up as long as I have the 
Ps3 controller connected,I've tried two different cables and controllers but 
they have the same issues. I even tried connecting them after I select the game 
but it say "loading kernel failed' and the text on screen blurs out.
What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Nintendont r319

Please provide any additional information below.
the loader works well with my twin ps2 to usb adapter and ps2 to Classic 
controller adapters but i need analog shoulder buttons for Sunshine.

yeah I did, the led on the controller will go solid and Player 1 led lights up, 
but the  cursor will continues scrolling up.
