F-Zero GX, No controls, and memory card not loading. #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use Generic Blue V-Shape PS2/1 USB Adapter (using bottom slot)
2.Boot F-Zero GX (Using USB storage, top slot)
3.No Input in-game or on boot, game asks if it should save after automatically 
selecting yes on previous prompt.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game starts normally but input on either controller slot does not go through.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Latest available at the time of post (R167) and Latest Release (R160)
Wii U 5.1.2E

Please provide any additional information below.

HIDTest recognizes the controller and all inputs correctly, and loads the 
controller.ini, displaying the buttons below the hex IDs properly.

Have you enabled HID in your nintendont settings?
