Issue #68: Rspec test fixes #86

Just a couple of edits made the tests pass, however I had some weirdness with bundler along the way. Lemme know if you'd like me to edit the bundler version. Setting it helped some mixups that were happening on my end. The phantomjs addition was intentional to ensure the Capybara tests passed.

I think that the addition of phantomjs might make sense but not bundler. If you have a chance and can just narrow down to that change I'd take it but I don't think it'll fix the issue.
