90-CloudFront adding cf url alias to staging and production envs #92

I'm checking this on staging as I go. We're on paperclip which is deprecated so bit by bit figuring out how it should be configured.

I have this on Prod now and it works fine. Staging is borked though because the specific config I wrote for it (unrelated to this, for search) messes things up.
