CNC Cardboard Cutter Setup

The CNC cardboard cutter was intended to go in the design studio room to be used as a lightweight prototyping tool. It is complete but will need testing to work out any bugs and make things a bit more user friendly. It is also pretty loud for the space, so if we could fit it in there we'd need to decrease the volume.

Tasks

• [x] Find out if the team that built it wants to do future work on it. (in progress)
• [ ] Test the machine throughly, i.e. make a bunch of cardboard things with it.
• [ ] Final touches on covering wires and other details.
• [ ] Find a rolling table for it. Could it be stored vertically and then flipped horizontal for use?
• [ ] Find a new home for it outside of Bainer 1071A.
• [ ] Make it more user friendly to use.

FYI, the student team is going to work on the device this summer to get the bugs worked out.
