Create a lodging and travel page

We need info about lodging options:

• [x] Hyatt will have some reserved rooms for conference
• [x] Halmark Inn will have reserved rooms

Check-in date is September 20, check-out date is September 23 -

1. Hyatt Place (10 rooms): Rooms are $175 per night plus tax, reservations need to be made by August 22. Since this is the most convenient location for people to stay you may want to inform your speakers first and then we can open it up to other attendees if there are still rooms left. The booking link is Int'l Cycle Safety Conference Booking Link. You'll want to hit Ctrl+click on the link and that will take you to the website. Please make sure the guests enter the Arrival and Departure Dates listed above and then hit check availability. That is where you will find the group block titled Int’l Cycle Safety Conference. If attendees have problems with the link, make sure they’re not trying to book outside the arrival and departure times - the system will not allow that.
   2. Hallmark Inn: Kings (30 rooms) are $129 per night plus tax, double queens (20 rooms) are $139 per night plus tax for up to two people. Reservations need to be made by August 20. Feel free to use the attached flier if you like
   3. Best Western University Lodge (30 rooms): Rooms are $100 per night plus tax and reservations need to be made by September 6.
