Password reset via email may not be working. #50

I have problems with submitting my abstract. According to the website, my e-mail-adress is already registered. But when requesting a new password, I don't get any e-mail!? Is it possible to reset the password resp. to send my the pw per mail? Or do you have any other solution?

I've received a number of reports about this but I can't reproduce. The password reset works fine for my test user.
