Create speaker item for each presenter

Under "Speakers" in the WP dashboard you can create a speaker page for each speaker with this info:

Name (top form box)
Bio (in the text area, for now leave this blank, but we could ask each speaker for a bio to make this look really nice).
Subtitle (this should be their job title)
Keynote (this should only be checked for the two keynotes which is already done)

Make them all drafts until they are all done.

The presenters can be found in the Google Sheet "Abstracts/Abstracts" in our ICSC2017 Google Drive folder. Use the presenter column.
