Ah, that was my problem. I had looked all through the ICSC site, but on my phone, and for some reason the "participation" drop down menu isn't working on Chrome on my iOS. Thanks for the direct link! That deadline gives a nice amount of time to refine the paper, esp based on conversations at the conference.
